General, educational information
The information on this website is general and educational. It's meant to help you understand radon, testing, and mitigation — it is not a substitute for an actual assessment of your specific property, and it does not create any professional relationship between you and York Radon.
York Radon does not perform the work
York Radon does not perform radon testing or mitigation. Using this website does not make you a customer or client of York Radon in that sense, and does not create a contractor relationship of any kind. Where this site connects you with a testing or mitigation provider, that provider is independent of York Radon, and is responsible for their own work, licensing, and certification.
Before hiring anyone, verify their current Pennsylvania DEP certification through the PA DEP Radon Services Directory.
Information may change
Radon guidance, Pennsylvania regulations, and this site's own content may change over time. York Radon aims to keep this site accurate but doesn't guarantee that every page reflects the most current version of every source referenced.
